<br />~ 7079 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Ci ty Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />November 20, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Thursday, November 20, 1980, at <br />7:00 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />men Curley, Kehr and Franke; and the following were absent: One <br /> <br />Vacancy. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Robert Bell, <br />City Attorney; Charles Honche11, City Public Works Director; and <br />Peter S. Popovich, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: The next matter before us is Improvement <br /> <br />80-22. This is not a public hearing, as due to an error in <br /> <br />publication we can only hold it as an informational hearing. We <br /> <br />will conduct it down through the portion when we allow the citizens <br /> <br />to speak, but after that I believe we will have a motion to carry <br /> <br />this over for an actual official public hearing on the 26th day of <br /> <br />January, but we will hear your statements pro and con, but I want <br /> <br />to state it's an informational hearing only on the area north and <br /> <br />south of Lydia between Snelling and Ham1ine, storm sewer. I am <br /> <br />not making any mention of the streets that are coming later on, but <br /> <br />the storm sewer only. <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: <br />and Lydia - that <br />hearings will be <br />continued also. <br /> <br />You might indicate that the two streets - Arona <br />we will conduct the hearings on those but those <br />closed and a decision on those streets will be <br />
