410 Motion 11 -01 -09 Meeting Time Change <br />411 Member Von De Linde moved, and Member Miller seconded changing the GLWMO <br />412 Board meeting times from 4:00 6:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month, <br />413 effective with the February 20, 2011 meeting. Approved by all. <br />414 <br />415 Mr. Schwartz noted that the February 17, 2011 regular Board meeting and subsequent <br />416 March Stakeholder meeting would be held in the Willow Room at the Roseville City <br />417 Hall. <br />418 Mr. Petersen noted that many WMO's have a "public comment" period at the first or last <br />419 portion of their meetings, and asked Board members if they wished to add a section to the <br />420 agenda, and limit the time for comment. <br />421 ACTION: <br />422 Chair Pro -tem Eckman suggested that this item be added to the February regular meeting <br />423 agenda for discussion. <br />424 <br />425 Chair Pro -tem Eckman announced a new project underway by the St. Paul Audubon <br />426 Society partnering with the Shoreview Green Community to raise awareness and provide <br />427 education for the public on native plants for clean water and habitat; and to make it easier <br />428 for the general public to purchase native plants. <br />429 ACTION: <br />430 Member Von De Linde suggested that Chair Pro -tem Eckman have additional <br />431 information available at a future meeting; and she volunteered to provide information at <br />432 the next meeting and for the Board' s website on the upcoming Roseville Home and <br />433 Garden Fair. <br />434 <br />435 Adjourn Meeting <br />436 Chair Pro tem Eckman adjourned the meeting at approximately 7:00 p.m. <br />437 <br />10 <br />
