<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD ON NOVEMBER 24, 1980 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, November 24, <br />1980, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Kehr, Curley and Franke. Absent: None. Vacant: One. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7081 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has entered into a <br />joint and cooperative agreement forming the North Suburban Cable <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article III, Section 2 of the By-laws of the <br />North Suburban Cable Commission provides for the appointment of <br />an alternate Director to the Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville appoint as alternate Director to the <br />North Suburban Cable Commission, James C. Payne, Administrative <br />Assistant, City of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon roll call vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Curley, <br />Franke and Demos.
