<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on tIDnday, the 8th day <br />of December, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present~ Acting Mayor Curley <br />and Councilmen Franke and Kehr; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Demo s and One Vacancy. <br />Counc ilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7083 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEf,1ENT NO. P-8 0-3 5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville, on Brenner Avenue from Snelling Frontage <br />Road to Albert Street by the construction of concrete curb and <br />gutter, bituminous paving, and necessary appurtenances, filed <br />with the Council on December B, 1980, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as t.o whet.her the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost. of the improvement as recommended. <br />
