City of <br /> � In <br /> Minnesota,USA <br /> Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Minutes <br /> City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> Monday, March 28, 2011 <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for March: Pust; Willmus: <br /> Johnson; McGehee; and Roe). City Attorney Caroline Bell Beckman was also present. <br /> Mayor Roe announced that Councilmember Johnson would be unable to attend tonight's <br /> meeting due to illness. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe noted that Councilmember Johnson had requested removal of Agenda item <br /> 13.b entitled, "Discussion on the 2012-2013 Budget & Tax Levy," until he was available <br /> to participate in that discussion. However, Mayor Roe advised that, since several Coun- <br /> cilmembers had comments on that item, a brief discussion would occur and the item <br /> would remain on the agenda. <br /> Councilmember Willmus requested removal of Consent Item 7.g entitled, "Approve Re- <br /> quest by James Carr for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) as a Conditional use at 2478 <br /> Hamline Avenue." <br /> Mr. Carr advised Mayor Roe that he was present in the audience, and available for any <br /> questions. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; Willmus; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one spoke. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br /> Councilmember Willmus announced the upcoming Arts and Crafts Festival scheduled at <br /> the OVAL on April 2, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and on Sunday, April 3, 2011 <br /> from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; with additional information available by calling the Parks <br /> and Recreation Department at 651-792-7006. <br /> 5.
