<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-80-20 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, uinnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 26th day of January, 1981, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-80-20 including all that property <br />lying north of County Road C, south of County Road C-2, west of <br />the Minnesota Belt Line railroad tracks, and east of Trunk <br />Highway 88 by the installation of sanitary sewer, water, bitu- <br />minous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and <br />necessary appurtenances, and acquisition of right-of-way. The <br />foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City r~nager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$551,592.00.
