<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-34 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 26th day of January, 1981, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-80-34 including all that property on Clarmar <br />Avenue from Snelling Frontage Road to Hamline Avenue, and all <br />that property on Pascal Street from Clarmar Avenue to Brenner <br />Avenue by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bitu- <br />minous paving and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is <br />all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$130,058.39. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Clarmar Avenue <br />from Snelling Frontage Road to Hamline <br />Avenue, and all that property abutting <br />Pascal Street from Clarmar Avenue to Brenner <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />sta ted above. <br /> <br />Dated: December 22, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
