EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, }1INNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 22, 1980 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 22, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Kehr and Curley and the following were absent: None. Vacant: One. Member Curley following resolution: introduced and moved the adoption of the RESOLUTION NO. 7088 WHEREAS, the 1980 Budget was adopted by the City Council on September 24, 1979, by Resolution No. 6889 and ffiIEREAS, The City Council has previously established compensation schedules for 1980 requiring a transfer from the Contingency Fund to the appropriate operating account within the General Fund, NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, that the following budgetary funds be increased as indicated to reflect a gross transfer of $80,923 from the Contingency Fund to the General and Recreation Funds: General Fund Increase in Appropriation Administration Code Enforcement Finance Public Works Administration Street Police Fire Central Services $11,283 7,340 6,392 11,084 17,775 7,931 1,800 1,992 Recreation Fund 15,326 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Franke and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
