<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, }1INNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 22, 1980 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly held at the <br />City Hall in said City on Monday, December 22, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, <br />Kehr and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. Vacant: One. <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7088 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1980 Budget was adopted by the City Council on September 24, <br />1979, by Resolution No. 6889 and <br /> <br />ffiIEREAS, The City Council has previously established compensation <br />schedules for 1980 requiring a transfer from the Contingency Fund to <br />the appropriate operating account within the General Fund, <br /> <br />NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Rosevi11e, that the following budgetary funds be increased as indicated <br />to reflect a gross transfer of $80,923 from the Contingency Fund to <br />the General and Recreation Funds: <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />Increase in Appropriation <br /> <br />Administration <br />Code Enforcement <br />Finance <br />Public Works Administration <br />Street <br />Police <br />Fire <br />Central Services <br /> <br />$11,283 <br />7,340 <br />6,392 <br />11,084 <br />17,775 <br />7,931 <br />1,800 <br />1,992 <br /> <br />Recreation Fund <br /> <br />15,326 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Franke and upon a vote being taken the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
