<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />January 12, 1981 <br />* * * * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 12th day of <br />January, 1981, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Franke, Curley, Kehr and Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7090 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />James Zelinsky is hereby designated to serve as a Director <br />and Floyd LeCuyer as Alternate Director of the Suburban Ramsey County <br />Emergency Communication Board for the year 1981 and until their <br />successors are appointed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, hereby certify that the attached and <br />foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by <br />the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, at its meeting of January 12, <br />1981, and as the same recorded in the minutes of the meeting of such <br />Council for said date, on file and of record in my office. <br /> <br />Dated this 12th day of January, 1981. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />
