<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JANUARY 12, 1981 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, January 12, 1981, at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7091 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE <br />DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Rosevllle, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />Charles Honchell, Public Works Director, is hereby <br />designated as a director of the Suburban Rate Authority, and <br />Steve North, Assistant City Manager, is hereby designated to serve <br />as alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year <br />1981 and until their successors are appointed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
