EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of April 2011 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, McGehee, Johnson and Mayor Roe <br /> and the following were absent: Pust <br /> Council Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 10894 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY AND <br /> DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SIENNA GREEN ADDITION (PF07-068). <br /> WHEREAS, the AEON has requested the VACATION of CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY and <br /> DRAINAGE EASEMENTS that lie on the north side of Lot 2, Block 1, Sienna Green Addition; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined that the subject utility and drainage <br /> easement can be vacated; and <br /> WHEREAS, said following UTILITY and DRAINAGE EASEMENT is to be vacated in their <br /> entirety: <br /> That part of the utility and drainage easement as dedicated in lot 2, block 1, SIENNA GREEA <br /> ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies <br /> northerly of a line drawn 12.00 feet southerly of and parallel with the northerly line of said Lot <br /> 2, which lies easterly of a line drawn 12.00 feet easterly and parallel with the westerly line of <br /> said Lot 2 and which lies westerly of a line 10.00 feet southwesterly of and parallel with the <br /> northeasterly line of said Lot 2. <br /> WHEREAS, on April 6, 2011, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public <br /> hearing regarding the UTILITY and DRAINAGE EASEMENT VACATION requested by the AEON <br /> and voted 7-0 to recommend approval of the VACATION based on the information contained in the <br /> project report dated April, 6, 2011; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council,to grant the <br /> VACATION of certain PUBLIC UTILITY and DRAINAGE EASEMENT. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Willmus, and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, McGehee, Johnson and Mayor <br /> Roe <br /> and the following voted against: None <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 1 <br />
