<br />/4J 76.9~- <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />January 26, 1981 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 26, 1981, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Robert <br /> <br />Bell, City Attorney; Charles Honchell, City Public Works Direc- <br /> <br />tor; and Peter S. Popovich, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: The next one is Project SS-W-P-ST-80-20, <br />the area east of st. Anthony, north of County Road C, west of <br />Williams pipeline property and south of County Road C-2, sani- <br />tary sewer, watermain, street, curb and gutter, storm sewer <br />and associated work. <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: We have the Certificate of Mailing and Affi- <br />davit of Publication for this project on file. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: As the Mayor said, I made comments a couple <br />of times tonight on how a COU9le of these projects were fairly <br />straightforward and relatively easy to understand. r hope <br />this one will end up that way, but it's going to take a little <br />while to get there so bear with me. This particular project <br />was petitioned for by the M & M Development ownership and the <br />Williams Brothers Pipeline ownership. What they petitioned <br />for was a several-fold review of what is necessary for the <br />general area north of County Road C and immediately east of <br />the St. Anthony boundary, and with that included some needs <br />that this property has even over into St. Anthony. I'll try <br />and identify (inaudible). It may be a little difficult but <br />there is a thin line right there. This would be the M & M <br />ownership, M & M Development. They do have frontage that goes <br />all the way down to County Road C and a fairly large portion <br />of the parcels in the rear. County Road C-2 is approximately <br />a quarter of a mile further up to the north. There is then a <br />
