<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
<br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was dUly held on the 11 th day of December,
<br />1995, at 5:30 p.m.

<br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V.
<br />Johnson, and the following were absent: None.

<br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION NO. 9259
<br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SALARY PROGRAM
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City
<br />Council shall establish employee compensation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville does
<br />revise the Management/Administrative Pay Plan to include the following salary ranges for
<br />certain City positions in 1996:
