The City Public Works <br />Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the <br />final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
