<br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> Held January 26, 1981 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice therof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, <br />January 26, 1981, at 7:30 p.m., o"clock. <br />The following memebers were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Council Members Franke, Curley, Kehr and Johnson <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7097 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lydia Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Hamline <br />Avenue is a Municipal State Aid Street and, <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established <br />standards, including the prohibition of parking on one side for <br />thirty-six foot wide designs. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby <br />prohibited on the north side of Lydia Avenue (M.S.A. No. 160-226) <br />from Snelling Avenue to Hamline Avenue identified as Roseville <br />Project No. 80-29 be adopted. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director <br />1S hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified <br />copies of this resolution to the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation. <br />
