<br />Extract of Minutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 26th day <br /> <br />of January, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fOllowing members were present: ~!ayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 7099 <br /> <br />~ESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVErmNT NO. P-81-2 <br /> <br />~iHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville, on Albert Street from Lydia Avenue to <br />Brenner Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, con- <br /> <br />crete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with <br /> <br />the Council on January 26, 1981, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, roUNNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Norks <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />
