EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD February 9, 1981 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 9, 1981, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Franke and the following were absent:None Member Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 7102 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and establish employee compensation for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1981 and ending December 31, 1981; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the City adopt the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Compensation Pay Plan dated January, 1981. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan include the following classifications and salary ranges for certain City employees in 1981: Classification 1981 Yearly Salary Ranges Clubhouse Supervisor License Supervisor Police Secretary Liquor Store Supervisor Administrative Secretary Golf Course Superintendent Engineering Supervisor $11,100 - 12,300 - 12,300 - 13,400 - 14,900 - 19,700 - 21,700 - $13,900 15,400 15,400 16,700 18,600 24,600 27,100 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
