<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: February 23, 1981 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City <br /> <br />Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of February, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Franke <br /> <br />and Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Johnson; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMBINING IMPROVEr~NTS <br />P-80-l8, P-80-34, P-80-35 AND P-8l-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore ordered the construction of <br />the following improvements: <br /> <br />a. P-80-l8 on Arana Street from Lydia Avenue, <br />north to Brenner Avenue by the installation of <br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, and <br />necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />b. P-80-34 on Clarmar Avenue from Snelling <br />Frontage Road to Hamline Avenue, and all that <br />property on Pascal Street from Clarmar Avenue to <br />Brenner Avenue by the installation of concrete curb <br />and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary appur- <br />tenances. " <br /> <br />c. P-80-35 on Brenner Avenue from Snelling <br />Frontage Road to Albert Street by the installation <br />of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, <br />and necessary appurtenances. <br />
