EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ************************************************************************ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City ofRsoeville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of December, 1995 at 5:30 P.M. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, wi ski, and V. Johnson, The following members were absent: None. Member P. Johnson moved that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 9260 ESTABLISHMENT OF PRIORITIES FOR ROSEVILLE AND RAMSEY COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS (CDBG) AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP (HOME) FUNDS WHEREAS, in September of 1994, the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted a City Comprehensive Plan with specific goals to provide housing for all phases of the life cycle, maintain the existing ratios of housing, and improve the existing housing stock, particularly the affordable housing stock, and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has, since 1985, continued to be an active participant in the Ramsey County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Programs, and WHEREAS, annually the City Council establishes priority improvements for the City Housing Program and recommends priorities for the Ramsey County CDBG/HOME project funding, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rose vi lie hereby establishes the following five City ofRoseville CDBG/HOME housing and economic development funding priorities (1 is highest rating,S is lowest rating): I. Rehabilitation of owner occupied property (including energy conservation). 2. Removal of dilapidated structures/site development. 3. Job creation opportunities 4. Rehabilitation of rental housing( including energy conservation). 5. Home ownership opportunities BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby recommends
