<br />Extract of Hinutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, rUnnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day <br />of February, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Franke <br />and Councilmen Curley, Johnson and Kehr1 and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Hayor Demos. <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7106 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEr1ENT NO. ST-8l-3 <br /> <br />t'ffiEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />City of Roseville including all that property West of Prior <br />Avenue to 35-W and T.H. 36 to 370 feet more or less North of <br /> <br />County Road B-2 by the construction of a storm drainage system <br />and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted <br /> <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. <br />Statutes 1961). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, rlINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />
