The adver- <br />tisement for Improvement 80-17 shall be published as required <br />by la"J; shall speci fy the ~mrk to be done, shall call for bids <br />on the basis of a cash payrnent for such ,^'ork, shall state that <br />the bids "dll be received by the City Hanager and Public norks <br />Director until 10~OO o'clock a.p. on April 7, 1981, at \e!hich <br />time they "\Till be publicly opened in the City Hall by the <br />City I1anager and City Public Horks Director, uil1 then be <br />tabulated, and will subsequently be considered by the Council, <br />and that no bids will be considerea unless sealed and filed <br />vJith the i1anager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified <br />check or bid bond payable to the I~anager for ten percent of <br />the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the acoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />\~as duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor?
