Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,April 18,2011 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Mr. Lambert noted recent inaccuracies in Xcel Energy utility locations as expe- <br /> rienced by one of his neighbors during a sewer line problem, as well as gross er- <br /> rors in Xcel's information on transformers and other lines and equipment under <br /> their control. <br /> Councilmember Pust suggested that the City Council charge the City's Public <br /> Works, Environment and Transportation Commission with a review of Mr. Lam- <br /> bert's concerns, as well as other issues discussed, for their recommendation back <br /> to the City Council. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced ongoing discussions related to the "Beyond the Yellow Ribbon" <br /> community initiative, and an upcoming meeting to be held at the Roseville Skating Cen- <br /> ter on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Mayor Roe announced an invitation to Roseville Citizens from the City of Falcon <br /> Heights' Human Rights Commission for a "Spring Together" event scheduled on Thurs- <br /> day, May 5, 2011 at Curtis Field in Falcon Heights from 6:00 — 8:00 p.m.; free to the <br /> public, to learn more about the Somali culture, with activities for all ages. <br /> Councilmember Johnson, with Councilmember consensus, wished Councilmember Pust a <br /> "Happy Birthday"today. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked those attending and participating in the recently-held Ethics Training. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br /> 6. Approve Minutes <br /> a. Approve Minutes of April 11,2011 Meeting <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Coun- <br /> cil prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft <br /> presented in the Council packet. <br /> Willmus moved, Pust seconded, approval of the minutes of the April 11, 2011 <br /> meeting as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; McGehee; Pust; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 7. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br /> the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those items being <br /> considered under the Consent Agenda. <br />
