<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON APRIL 13, 1981 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minne- <br />sota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City <br />on the 13th day of April, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Franke, Johnson, Curley and Kehr <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Hember Kehr introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7126 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF <br />A PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted <br />notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine <br />whether or not a certain street in the City of Roseville <br />should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in <br />the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to <br />the public interest to vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br />vacates the public street over the property described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The Easterly 16.5 feet of Dale Street adjoining <br />Lots 1,2 and 3, Block 1, Stuber Addition and <br />dedicated in said Stuber Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson , and <br />upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the <br />resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
