Have David Schultz come again. The session was informative and enjoyable.
Start earlier. Gets to be a long day if you start at 8am.
3. If you have any suggestions regarding how we could improve the training, please enter them in
the box below.
I liked the more casual atmosphere, thanks for the light meal, too bad there weren't more in
attendance. David is a very good presenter. Thanks!
If not for previous speakers and training I would have left the presentation with more
questions than answers. Mr. Schultz posed thought provoking questions but did not follow
with concrete answers founded in City ordinance or policies. He is a great speaker.
Shorter, more direct, the time of day does not lend itself to great concentration or serious in
depth thinking. Provision of food greatly appreciated!
Break up the training into two sections, each an hour long. Also, as volunteers, some have
ethics training throughout the year through there employers and certifying organizations to
kerp there licenses or cetifications valid. I believe ethics training is valuable and a must but
the amount of time can be to much to ask.
Really, it wasn't too long in that he was an excellent presenter but I never remember hearing
how long the training was going to be so the time frame threw off my family plans for the
night. Fantastic speaker who we should engage again in the future.
If I recall correctly, trainings in prior years lastest only one hour or so. This was a very long
training. It went 2.5 hours I belive. Very good content, but wonder if it could be shortened.
