EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD - April 27, 1981 * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of April, 1981, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Curley and the following were absent: None Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7143 WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 118, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 36, within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville from T.H. 35 W to East Corporate limits and seeks the approval thereof: NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special pro- visions for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted with the cor- porate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any cross- walks on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dUly seconded by Member Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor: All present. Oppose: None.
