Exhibit A <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br /> Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 13, 2011, at <br /> 6:00 p.m., at the City Hall, in the City of Roseville, Minnesota, relating to the proposed adoption <br /> of a modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 1 and the proposed <br /> adoption of a modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing <br /> District No. 18, reflecting its increase in size, which are referred to collectively as the <br /> "Modifications", all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 <br /> through 469.134, and Sections 469.174 through 469.1799, inclusive, as amended. Copies of the <br /> Modifications will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Manager <br /> at City Hall. <br /> The property included within Tax Increment Financing District No. 18, as enlarged, is <br /> located within Development District No. 1 and is described in the Modifications on file in the <br /> office of the City Manager.
