EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD - April 27, 1981 * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville, met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of April, 1981, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Curley and the following were absent: None. Councilman Franke moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 7146 WHEREAS, both the City of St. Anthony and the City of Roseville have held public hearings for the construction of a storm sewer facility in Anthony Lane which carries storm water from both cities"the City of St. Anthony and the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, the cost to provide such facility should be shared between the two communities on the basis of 58% - St. Anthony share; and 42% - Roseville share; and WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony wishes to reconstruct Anthony Lane entirely at its cost; and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville wishes to construct a new water main between County Road C-2 and County Road C, entirely at its cost; and WHEREAS, it is mutually beneficial to have this work done through a joint contract, the City of St. Anthony administering the work; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a Joint Powers Agreement between the City of St. Anthony and the City of Roseville for storm sewer, street and watermain work near Anthony Lane and the joint city limits be approved and the Mayor and the Manager be authorized to sign such agreement in behalf of the City of Roseville. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following against: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
