WHEREAS it appears that C. S. McCrossan, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $234,955.70; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with C. S. McCrossan, Inc. for $234,955.70 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof heretoIore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA SS COUNTY OF RAMSEY I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of meeting of the Council of said City held on April 27, 1981 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to awarding bids for Improvement No. P-80-10.
