P. Keller Construction, St. paul, <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price <br /> <br />of $569,763.06, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized a~d directed <br /> <br />to enter into a contract with A. P. Keller Construction for <br /> <br />$569,763.06 in the name of the City of Rosevi1le for the above <br /> <br />. .~ <br /> <br />improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />heretofore approved by the city Council and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the city Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br /> <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br /> <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: AlIi <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution <br /> <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
