<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th <br /> <br />day of April, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7152 <br /> <br />.. ,1t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-8l-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Merrill Street from Woodhill Drive to <br /> <br />County Road C-2 and on Judith from Merrill Street to Dellwood Avenue <br /> <br />by the installation of bituminous paving,. concrete curb and gutter <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on April 23, 1981, <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br /> <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
