<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ~tinnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th <br /> <br />day of April, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />men Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />., .l'J; <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7153 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-8l-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseivlle on Transit Avenue from Cohansey Street to <br /> <br />Western Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council <br /> <br />on April 24, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br /> <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the city Public Works Director <br />for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
