<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD r~AY 11 , 1981 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City <br />Hall in said City on the J..1!!l.. day of May , 1981, at 7: 30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: r,1ayor Demos, Counci lmen Johnson, <br />Kehr and Franke <br />and the following members were absent. Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Member Kehr <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7155 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following described lands, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots 32, 36, 47, 48, 49, and 50, Rohleder's Oak Grove, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />are tax forfeited lands; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Roseville to acquire the same <br />and use the same for park and ponding purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That it is in the public interest to acquire the real property described <br />above and it is the intention of the City of Roseville to use said land for park and <br />ponding purposes. <br /> <br />2. That the Mayor and Manager are authorized and directed to sign the <br />Application by Governmental Subdivision for Conveyance of Tax-Forfeited Lands <br />Under Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subdivison 1. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by member Johnson , and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the Resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
