EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD r~AY 11 , 1981 * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the J..1!!l.. day of May , 1981, at 7: 30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: r,1ayor Demos, Counci lmen Johnson, Kehr and Franke and the following members were absent. Councilman Curley Member Kehr moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 7155 WHEREAS, the following described lands, to-wit: Lots 32, 36, 47, 48, 49, and 50, Rohleder's Oak Grove, Ramsey County, Minnesota. are tax forfeited lands; and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Roseville to acquire the same and use the same for park and ponding purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That it is in the public interest to acquire the real property described above and it is the intention of the City of Roseville to use said land for park and ponding purposes. 2. That the Mayor and Manager are authorized and directed to sign the Application by Governmental Subdivision for Conveyance of Tax-Forfeited Lands Under Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subdivison 1. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
