City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, ninnesota Hay 11, 1981 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 11th day of May, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Hayor Demos and councilmen Johnsonv Kehr, Frank.e and the following were absent: Councilman Curley Councilman Kehr introduced the follmrring reso- lution and moved its a~option~ Resolution No. 7158 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEr,IENT 1'10. P-8l-4 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevil1e as follo\'lS : 1. By resolution adopted April 13, 1981, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Fernwood Street from tV'oodhill Drive to county Road c- 2 and on Judith from Fernwood Street to r.1errill Street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances.The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Ci ty Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- ment No. P-81-4. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on June 1, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of !1innesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the ~!anager is hereby authorized and
