<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON Ir~ROVE~mNT NO. P-81-4 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS nEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, l1innesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 1st day of June, 1981, at <br />7~30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Uinnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-8l-4 including all that property on Fernwood <br />Street from tioodhill Drive to County Road C-2 and on Judith <br />from Fernwood Street to Herrill Street by 'the installation of <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City ~~nager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$151,050.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Fernwood Street from <br />t'loodhil1 Drive to County Road C-2 and all that <br />property abutting Judith from Fernwood Street to <br />Merrill Street. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the ~rea proI~sed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: May ll,l931 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY CO~!CIL <br /> <br />James F.
