The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Johnson, Kehr and Franke and the following were absent: Councilman Curley Councilman Kehr introduced the following reso- lution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7159 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ~lD PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IrlPROVEUENT NO. P-Bl-5 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi11e as follows: 1. By resolution adopted April 13, 1981, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Dellwood Avenue from Woodhill Drive to County Road c-2 and on Judith Avenue from Dellwood Avenue to Huron Street and on Terrace Drive from Dellwood Avenue to Huron Street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to ",hether such improve- ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City l1anager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- ment No. P-3l-5. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on June I, 1931, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Hinnesota Statu tes, Chapter 429, and the ~1anager is hereby authorized and
