<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON Ir-iPROVENEN'r NO. p- a 1- 5 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, rUNNESOT]\~ <br /> <br />nOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the lst day of June, 1981; at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />l1innesota Statu tes i Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement no. P-Ell-5 including all that property on <br />Dellwood Avenue from Woodhill Drive to County Road C-2 and on <br />Juditil Avenue from Dellwood Avenue to Huron Street and on <br />Terrace Drive from Dellwood Avenue to Huron Street by the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter <br />and necessary~purtenances. The foregoing is all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />Ci ty l1anager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$190,150000. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Dellwood Avenue from <br />WOOilllill Drive to County Road C-2 and all that <br />property abutting Judi til Avenue from Oellwood <br />Avenue to Huron Street and all that property <br />abutting Terrace Drive from Dellwood Avenue to <br />Huron Street <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and tile area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated~ Hay II, 1901 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
