Extract of Hinutes of Heeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Hinnesot.a Hay 11, 1931 Pursuant. to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on t1onday, t.he 11th day of May, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. The fOllowing members were present~ Hayor Demos and Councilmen Johnson, I~ehr anc1 Franke and the following were absent: Councilman Cllrle~ Councilman Kehr introduced the following reso- lution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7160 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON n:tPROVENENT NO. P-Sl-6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted April 27, 1981, the Council has directed the city Public Works Direct.or to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Cohansey Street from County Road C to County Road B-2 by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The Public "lorks Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Ci ty Uanager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general nanner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- ment r1o. P-81-6. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on June 1, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a publiC hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of f'linnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Hanager is hereby authorized and directed to cause not.ice of the time, place and purpose of that
