E}::tract of Hinutes of fleeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Hinnesota Hay 11, 1981 Pursuant to ~ue call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Rosevil1e met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 11th day of May, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: r1ayor Demos and Councilmen Johnson, Kehr, and Franke and the foll~ling were absent: Councilman Curley Councilman Kehr introduced the following reso- lution and moved its adoption~ Resolution No. 7161 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON n~ROVEr--mNT NO. P-8l-7 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follo't-1S ~ 1. By resolution aaopted April 27, 1981, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Merrill Street from Woodhill Drive to County Road C-2 and on Judith Avenue from Herrill Street to Dellwood Street and on Terrace Drive from Merrill Street to Dellwood Street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whe~er such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Ci ty Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- ment No. P-8l-7. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on June 1, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement unuer and pursuant to the provisions of Hinnesota Statutes, Chapter 429~ and the ~1anager is hereby authorized and
