P-8l-7 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, JcII!\mESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville1 ~linnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the lst day of June, 1981, at <br />7:30 o'clock p. ro., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Uinnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-8l-7 incluuing all that property on Merrill <br />Street from Woodhill Drive to County Road C-2 and on Judith <br />Avenue from Harrill Street to Dellwood Street and on Terrace <br />Drive from Merrill Street to nellwood Street by the installation <br />of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gut~r and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$178,950000. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the fcllowing~ <br /> <br />All that property abutting Uerrill Street from <br />Woodhill Drive to County Road C-2 and all that <br />property abutting Judith Avenue from Merrill <br />Street to Dellwood Street and all that property <br />abutting Terrace Drive from r.1errill Street to <br />Dellwood Street <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may. <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated; May 11, 1981 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
