M., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />}1innesota Statutes, Chapter ~29, as amended, on proposed <br />Inprovement fio. P-Cl-3 including all ~~at property on Transit <br />Avenue fron Cohunsey Street t.o ~Jestern Avenue by the installation <br />of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />\'dth a prelininary engineering report '\rhich is now on file and <br />open to public ins~ection in tile office of the City r~nager. <br /> <br />The cost of the inprovement is presently estimated at <br />$ 63,650.00.
