<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />June 1, 1981 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />in the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 1, 1981, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and-the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. Council~an Johnson left the meeting at 11 :00 P.M. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 7169 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />TO PROCEED TO ADVERTISE FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-80-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 27, 1981, the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, approved a Joint Powers Agreement with the <br />City of St. Anthony in connection with Improvement No. SS-W-ST-F- <br />80 -20. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville authorizes the City of st. Anthony to pro- <br />ceed to advertise for construction-bids for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-ST-P-80-20. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Curley <br /> <br />, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
