Extract of Minutes of Meeting of city council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 22nd day of June, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counei lmen Kehr, Curley, Franke and Johnson and the following were absent: None Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7174 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-78-16 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-78-l6 of the City of Roseville on County Road C from Cleveland Avenue, west to the west city limits, and Cleveland Avenue from County Road C to a point 350 feet south of the centerline of County Road C by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, traf- fic signal, bituminous surfacing, right-of-way acquisition, and necessary appurtenances, and tlliEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- ment and the resolution relating thereto, and ele contract price for such improvement is $ 164,9?5.78 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred 1n the making of said improvement \\1ill be $ 32.541.43 1 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 197 467_21 , and of this cost the Ci ty will pay $ 4Q ~46 86 · as its share of the cost. , . - NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows:
