<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 8th day of January, 1996 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Wall, and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9267 <br /> <br />RBSOLUT::rœ CBAHGDIG PROJJ!I:C'l" RUllBER. <br />DI RBSOLUT::rœ 9208 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of_Roseville is amending the project ST-87-12 to ST-87- <br />12-B in City Resolution 9208. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mastèl, Maschka, Goedeke, <br />Wiski, and Wall, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
