Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 22nd day of June, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counc; lmen Kehr, Curley, Franke and Johnson and the following were absent~ None Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7178 RESOLUTION RELATING TO I~~ROVEMENT NO. ST-P-79-l2 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL t'lHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. ST-P-79-l2 of the City of Roseville generally in the area of Lexington Avenue from Woodhill to 300 feet, more or less, north of Josephine Road, and County Road C-2 from Lexington to Oxford by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and also consisting of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances generally in the area bounded by Woodhill on the south, 300 feet more or less north of Josephine Road on the north, Griggs Street on the west, and Aglen Avenue on the east, and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 166.925.36 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 42.273.93 so that the total cost of the improvement ~,rill be $ 209 199.29 , and of this cost the City will pay $ 79.419.38 ~ as its share of the cost. 1. The cost to be specially assessed ;s hereby declared to be $129,779.91.
