<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 22nd day of June, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counc; lmen <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent~ None <br /> <br />Councilman Franke <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 7178 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO I~~ROVEMENT NO. ST-P-79-l2 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />t'lHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />ST-P-79-l2 of the City of Roseville generally in the area of <br />Lexington Avenue from Woodhill to 300 feet, more or less, north <br />of Josephine Road, and County Road C-2 from Lexington to <br />Oxford by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb <br />and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and also consisting of <br />storm sewer and necessary appurtenances generally in the area <br />bounded by Woodhill on the south, 300 feet more or less north <br />of Josephine Road on the north, Griggs Street on the west, and <br />Aglen Avenue on the east, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 166.925.36 and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 42.273.93 so that the total cost <br />of the improvement ~,rill be $ 209 199.29 , and of this cost <br />the City will pay $ 79.419.38 ~ as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed ;s hereby declared to be $129,779.91. <br />
