<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Rams ey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, lvlinnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br /> <br />City on Monday, the 22nd day of June, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Franke <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 7180 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-80-l2 <br />DECLARING cos'r TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />UL-80-l2 of the City of Roseville in the general area bounded <br />by'Woodhill Drive on the north, County Road C on the south, <br />Lexington Avenue on the west, and Victoria Avenue on the east, <br />by the installation of ornamental street lights, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 3.606.48 and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred 1n the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 585.77 so that the total cost <br />of the improvement will be ~ 4 lQ? (i:; , and of this cost <br />the City will pay $ -0- ~ . as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br />to be $ <br /> <br />The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />4,192.25 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assil::itance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the <br />
