Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Rams ey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, lvlinnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 22nd day of June, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Kehr, Curley, Franke and Johnson and the following were absent: None Councilman Franke and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7180 introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-80-l2 DECLARING cos'r TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. UL-80-l2 of the City of Roseville in the general area bounded by'Woodhill Drive on the north, County Road C on the south, Lexington Avenue on the west, and Victoria Avenue on the east, by the installation of ornamental street lights, and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 3.606.48 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred 1n the making of said improvement amount to $ 585.77 so that the total cost of the improvement will be ~ 4 lQ?
