<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 8th day of January, 1996 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Wall, and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, <br />None. <br /> <br />Wiski, and <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RBSOLUTI:01I 9269 <br /> <br />RBSOLUTI:01I 011 DBSI:GlilATI:01I OF BARlt SI:GlilATORI:BS <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, <br /> <br />that the following persons be designated official signatories for <br />the City of Roseville for 1996. <br /> <br />Daniel Wall, Mayor <br /> <br />Steven R. Sarkozy, City Manager <br /> <br />Edward L. Burrell, Finance Director/Treasurer <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, <br /> <br />Wiski, and Wall, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
