Mayor Roe noted that he had supported the original <br /> project; and further supported this proposed motion; with HDR-2 zoning serving <br /> as the best way to address the zoning code and density issues set up for just such a <br /> purpose as this. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; Willmus; Pust; and Roe. <br /> Nays: McGehee. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Resolution Approving Preliminary & Final Plat <br /> Mr. Paschke briefly summarized this portion of the request, as detailed in the <br /> RCA. <br /> Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10900 (Attach- <br /> ment I) entitled, "A Resolution Approving the Final Plat of Applewood Pointe of <br /> Langton Lake Second Addition (PF 11-08);" as amended with technical correc- <br /> tion pointed out by Mayor Roe in the "Now Therefore, Be It Resolved...portion <br /> from "is"to "are"hereby approved.. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Johnson; Willmus; Pust; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> e. Consider a Resolution Approving the Preliminary and Final Plat of Lot 1, <br /> Block 1, Sienna Green Second Addition Plan <br /> Mr. Paschke briefly reviewed the request as detailed in the RCA dated May 9, <br /> 2011. <br /> Councilmember McGehee questioned when park dedication fees or property was <br /> addressed for this plat; and why a fee rather than additional park land. <br /> Mr. Paschke advised that park dedication fees were addressed for the entire Sien- <br /> na Green project with the first phase; and there was nothing further to be incorpo- <br /> rated from this small portion of the triangle property. <br /> Mr. Trudgeon advised that, as part of the PUD, Sienna Green was required to pay <br /> park dedication fees to be submitted as part of the building permit process; and <br /> had been determined by the Parks and Recreation Commission to be paid in fees <br /> rather than as park land. <br />
