ORDINANCE NO. 1407 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE CHANGING THE <br /> ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 2990,2996 AND <br /> OUTLOT A OF APPLEWOOD POINTE OF LANGTON LAKE FROM HIGH DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL-1 (HDR-1) TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL-2 (HDR-2) <br /> The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1009.06 (Zoning Changes) of <br /> the City Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of Planning File <br /> 11-08, the following property, located at 2990, 2996, and Outlot A of Applewood Pointe of <br /> Langton Lake and legally described as: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1,Applewood Pointe of Langton Lake Second Addition <br /> is hereby rezoned from High Density Residential-1 (HDR-1)to High Density Residential-2 <br /> (HDR-2). <br /> Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and Zoning <br /> Map shall take effect upon: <br /> 1. The passage of the final plat of Applewood Pointe of Langton Lake Second <br /> Addition <br /> 2. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br /> Passed this 9th day of May, 2011. <br />
