EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the ßth day of January, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Wall and the following were absent: None. Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9270 RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1996 ELECTRICAL INSPECTION SERVICE AGREEMENT AND FEE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the City desires to hire the Consultant to render certain technical and professional assistance in connection with such undertakings of the City in regard to City electrical and other construction within the corporate limits; said services are: 1) Electrical inspection services based on Minnesota State codes; and 2) Other inspection services as needed. WHEREAS, the cost of these services are paid for by the user, through permit fees, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City ofRoseville hereby adopts the 1996 Electrical Inspection Service Agreement and fee schedule for electrical permits, shown as Exhibit "A". The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted..
