Minnesota Statute 466.07 regarding indemnification of public officials <br /> <br />Battis called for discussion. Ihlan suggested that a Prosecutor may wish to review all information regarding Roseville administrative review of the retention and payment of Mr. Niemi. <br /> Battis and Langseth agreed. <br /> <br />Battis moved that the investigating misdemeanor prosecutor consider the information bulleted above as well as all information regarding Roseville administrative review of the retention <br />and payment of Mr. Niemi. Ihlan seconded.
